1)  Return Policy

Please call us at 1-800-741-1005 or e-mail us at returns@oacjewelry.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA No.) prior to any returns. No returns will be processed without a RA number. All return goods must be in original conditions. Freight and insurance charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for your own shipping costs returns.

a) Purchase within 14 days

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase

b) Purchase exceeds 14 days, but within 30 days

No cash refund, exchange or store credit only.

c) Purchase exceeds 30 days

We do not accept returns for purchase over 30 days
